![]() It’s not ok that access to my photos and my camera mike on my phone is required for the app to operate. You can email them but answers are in broken English and incomplete or you never get an answer. The “ticket” part of the website has been down for months, maybe it never worked. Our brand new Lorex wifi camera cannot be accessed with the same app as our brand new fixed cameras. Cameras you can’t view aren’t worth anything. Our municipality has invested thousands in Lorex equipment. It’s too bad because the cameras are good, nvr works fine. Lorex sells cameras but refuses to back them up. ![]() ![]() Serious coding issues that would be easy to solve if Lorex hires competent coders. The cameras always took a long time to load and had trouble loading when on cel instead of wifi. Bad app, horrible customer service, decent cameras
